• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Ensure all required documents are provided promptly
• Notify us immediately of any changes to the transaction
• Pay all agreed-upon fees in a timely manner

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are as listed on our Pricing page or as agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of services. Payment is due upon completion of each transaction unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to update our pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

2 Girls & Few Properties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

We treat all transaction information as confidential and will not disclose it to unauthorized third parties. We may share information with transaction parties (buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies) as necessary to complete your transaction.

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. In the event of termination, you agree to pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion.
